It is just a few meters from Plaza Cataluña and the most emblematic places in the city. Nearby you will find the Boqueria Market, the Gran Teatro del Liceu, as well as the Gothic Quarter. Located in the heart of the old town, you can walk through the medieval-looking streets until you reach the port and be amazed by the exclusive boats you will see there. After the port, you will find the Barceloneta neighborhood. In this area there are many great seafood restaurants, tapas bars and, of course, Barcelona beach! Don't forget to enjoy a cocktail on one of the many exclusive terraces along the boulevard. If you go in the other direction out of the apartment building, you will find Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla de Catalunya and the Eixample district with a variety of exclusive shops, and two of the world's most famous buildings by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí: Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, also known as La Pedrera.
