The "Hospital Clínic" station on Metro Line 5 is less than five minutes away, taking you to "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló" in one stop, and to the "Sagrada Familia" in three stops. This must be paid directly to the rental agency. Smoking, group dinners, parties, and noise after 9 pm are strictly prohibited. Police fines range from €200 to €600 and are payable immediately. Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians. A €200 damage deposit (credit card authorization) is required upon arrival. For stays shorter than 7 days, this is automatically released up to 7 days after your departure (if the apartment is left in good condition).
