For your groceries we recommend you to visit the local markets and stores, that you can find through the entire neighborhood. The store owners will gladly help you to improve your Spanish and Catalan, just ask them. The loft perfect for independent and active travellers looking to feel part of the local culture and be part of the community. The apartment is very close to the big Via Laietana and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. There is no elevator in the building, the apartment is located on the second floor. District: Born Nearest grocery store: 220 meters away Nearest pharmacy: 400 meters away Transportation: We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect! However, if you come with your private vehicle, there are various paid parking close to Jaume 1. Nearest Metro station: Jaume 1, 300 meters away Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16.5 kilometers away, about 30 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience. Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 1.3 kilometers from the building Nearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 1.2 Kilometers. Comments: - Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 persons.
